We are preparing to begin the 2020-2021 school year as we typically do, but we also know that things are unknown as we are still under Stay At Home orders in California. The 2019-2020 year is being completed with a full curriculum of distance learning, and we would have programs and systems in place to begin the 2020-2021 school year that way if necessary.

Continuing K-8 Students

Continuing Student Registration 
Please use this form to register your continuing student for grades K-8. Registration requires a completed form a the payment of the Registration Fee. The form can be directed to  or mailed/delivered to the school office. Payment details are found on the form.

Registration Fee: $300

School Year Tuition: $6,650.00

Registration Fees must be paid at the time enrollment and prior to the first day of school attendance. Subsequent invoices, monthly payment installment and other transactions are made using the FACTS Management billing and payment system.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance is available to qualifying students and families. It is the goal of Reformation to provide education to children independent of financial restrictions. Tuition Assistance is available for Tuition expenses only and only for students in grades K-8. For more information and to request the ability to apply, please contact the Financial Office at .

Before and After School Childcare

Shepherd’s Care is the before and after school program for students enrolled in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. It is open from 6:00am to 8:15am and 3:15pm to 6:00pm. Shepherd’s Care time is logged electronically with a parent sign in/sign out system. Parents can choose to elect the Shepherd’s Care Bundle as a part of their financial package, or the time used is billed on a monthly basis. Rates are shown on the Tuition Rate Sheet.
