A ‘must read’ for parents, the School Handbook includes information about school uniforms, grade policies, communication preferences and a variety of other important information. Please read as this Handbook is updated each year. The 2022-2023 version is now available.
Registration Fees and Tuition Rates

Registration Fees ($350 after June 4, 2022) must be paid by cash or check at the time enrollment and prior to the first day of school attendance. Subsequent invoices, monthly payment installments and other transactions are made using the FACTS Management online billing and payment system.
Tuition Assistance
Tuition Assistance is available to qualifying students and families. It is the goal of Reformation to provide education to children independent of financial restrictions. Tuition Assistance is available for Tuition expenses only and only for students in grades K-8. For more information and to request the ability to apply, please contact the Financial Office at .
Student Drop Off & Pick Up
Student drop off (grades K-8) may occur between 8:15am-8:30am - School begins at 8:30am. Student pick up is scheduled for 3:00pm-3:15pm.

Before and After School Childcare
Shepherd’s Care is the before and after school program for students enrolled in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. Shepherd’s Care time is logged electronically with a parent sign in/sign out system. The use of Shepherd's Care is billed on a monthly basis. Rates are shown on the Tuition Rate Sheet.
Shepherd's Care is currently open from 7:00am to 8:15am and 3:15pm to 5:00pm.
Volunteer Opportunities for Parents and Family Members
There are many opportunities to help at Reformation throughout the year. It is through the continued support and help of all our staff and volunteers that we are able to offer so many activities at Reformation. Thank you for considering helping out with our ministry! Please feel free to sign up for as many as you opportunities as you can. If you have any questions about what some of the activities are we encourage you to talk to one of our staff members.
